Complete Automotive Repair Service Contributes Gift of $3,000 to Hartford’s Kids
In a world where big businesses usually dominate philanthropic efforts, it is wonderful to hear the occasional story of the ‘little guy’s’ push in making a difference in their community. Hartford’s Camp Courant (HCC) received outstanding news this week, as Complete Automotive Repair Specialists (CARS) of Cromwell contributed a gift of $3,000 for the 2014 Camp season in support of the children of Hartford. Owned and operated by John and Debbie Natale for 25 years, it has been CARS’s mission to serve customers with quality care and exceptional service that they have come to count on. Established in 1991, John and his team have used the most technologically advanced equipment in service to all vehicles both foreign and domestic. HCC is one of many community efforts that CARS has supported over the years. Their involvement specific to the Cromwell community includes educational and recreational support of many youth initiatives. What began as a tiny garage operation in Berlin has transformed into a two building multi option success story that has attracted hundreds of return customers for well over two decades. HCC is very proud of its partnership with CARS and hopes for continued growth for many years to come. CARS’s homegrown support of locals throughout Greater Hartford is something customers depend on - similar to the service that HCC has provided to the children of Hartford. Created in 1894 and located in Farmington, it has been the mission of Hartford’s Camp Courant to provide a FREE summer sanctuary for Hartford’s children where they can develop positive relationships, learn, and have fun. 2014 will mark Camp’s 120th Anniversary in serving Hartford’s kids. Development in support has allowed Camp to grow into the oldest and largest FREE summer program currently in the United States. The continuing support of businesses of all sizes including the example of giving that CARS has provided the organization this year is the reason Camp has been able to serve children for over a century.
