I certify in the case of a contributed photograph that I am the owner of said image. I expressly waive the right to inspect or approve any such use, or to be compensated for such use, and I understand that Camp Courant and The Hartford Courant are not obligated to use or publish any photographs or other materials containing my name and likeness. I understand that my name or likeness may appear in publications of general circulation available to the public for a fee, and that the publications, or parts thereof, may be reproduced, exhibited, or distributed by any means or medium, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity by Camp Courant, The Hartford Courant, its affiliates, or other media organizations. I release Camp Courant, The Hartford Courant Company, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and its or their officers, agents, employees, successors, or assigns, from and against any liability, claims, damages, suit, or costs (including attorneys fees) arising or resulting form the reproduction or publication of my name or likeness.
